While Miami's never exactly been considered a fast paced city, things are about to slow down quite a bit when Cooking with Finlandia Vodka brings Finnish/American chef Sara La Fountain to the Fairmont Turnberry Isle on July 10 for a "culinary experience focused on sustainability and slow food principles." The experience, open to the public for $50 per person with 100 percent of ticket sales donated directly to Slow Food USA, is a four course meal created by La Fountain, made with local ingredients and, go figure, Finlandia Vodka Classic or one of its various spinoffs.
