Finally, South Beach gets some Asian fare that's neither sushi nor swanky. Lee Klein reports that Coral Gables/Pincrest Vietnamese staple Miss Saigon has opened a small shop at 540 Washington Avenue. Last time there was anything remotely Vietnamese was Sushi Saigon up the block. But authentic? Hardly. With Miss Saigon in the 'hood, things, we hope, are about to change pho the best.
