Back to school doesn't entirely blow, especially for budding gourmands who'll get to indulge in chow inspired by Michelle Bernstein, Kris Wessel and Ken Lyon, who are working with Miami Dade County Public schools to freshen up the typically stale, vile cafeteria fare. The trio will each be in different cafs on Friday, August 20 to conduct "intensive training sessions with the staff": Bernstein at North Miami Senior High, Lyon at Miami Jackson Senior High and Wessel at Miami Edison Senior High.
