Status: Judging by the artist's renderings we have here, we gather there's still lots of work left to do on the Design District's long anticipated Tuscan restaurant. Opening is expected to be in late September, early October but we've got some scoop on Executive Chef Andrea Menichetti's menu, which will incorporate locally sourced ingredients into its signature dishes. Among them: cheese and pear tortelli stuffed with ricotta and pecorino cheese served with a beet root sauce and eggplant parmigiana with veal sweetbreads and Burrata cheese.
