Someone just tipped us off to a website touting the Fall 2010 opening of The Safari Club, serving "Food Inspired By the Diversity and Excitement of Africa." While the restaurant seems to have no set location yet ("We are currently negotaiting our new premises. Please return soon for more details"), there is a whole lot of information on the site, including a whole history on "The Food of Southern Africa" and an entire menu, which you can see below. Wherever the place may be, they will be open for dinner and serve Edwardian High Tea Saturday and Sunday from 2pm - 5pm. Now all they need is a location. Stay tuned. [EaterWire]
