Lou%27sBeerGarden%2CCook-Off%2CPhoto6.jpgAnd the winner of Lou's Beer Garden's Micro-Brew Cook-off is: Andres Barrientos for his Rogue Brewed Chocolate Mousse Cake,a Rogue Hazelnut Brown Ale-infused chocolate cake topped with fizzy, Rogue Double Chocolate Porter mousse an sprinkled with salted pretzel pieces. The cake will be on Lou's menu for a week starting in October.

Kudos to 2nd place winner Chris Vaden for his American Stout Ice Cream, a New Heritage Brewing Co. American Stout reduction blended with homemade vanilla bean ice cream infused with bittersweet chocolate ganache, and 3rd place winner Hans Mueller for Micro-brewed beer marinated shredded turkey infused with homemade micro-brew barbeque sauce served in warm soft tortilla and topped with freshly made sweet and tangy homemade relish.
