This just in: the owners of Town Kitchen & Bar and Smoke't have signed a lease on the former Chispa/Mamajuana Cafe space at Merrick Park, 225 Altara Ave., and will be doing, says managing partner John Janette, "A down and dirty sake and sushi bar."
