ELF_093-1.jpgNew on the menu at Emeril's Miami Beach: three winning dishes from a contest between culinary students at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts spearheaded by the Emeril Lagasse Foundation looking for the best original dishes inspired by Louisiana's Creole cuisine. Proceeds from each dish will go towards building a new teaching kitchen at the school. The dishes--Creole rabbit with roasted butternut squash and spicy corncakes, apricot glazed roasted duck with butternut squash risotto and grilled ribeye with seafood mashed potatoes and Cajun crab boiled asparagus--will be on the menu from October 1-31.
