The Forge is launching its very first October Wine Month offering prix fixe food and wine pairings every Wednesday and Thursday. Chef Dewey LoSasso will create a 3-course dinner, each paired with 3-oz. wine samplings selected by executive sommelier Gino Santangelo. Cost: $55 not including tax and tip.
