Jacques Pépin's First Floating Restaurant

Status: Debuting at the Port of Miami February 4 on Oceania Cruises' new ship Marina, Jacques Pépin's first ever restaurant at sea, Jacques, will feature everything Pépin, from signature china and antique flatware to artwork he created especially for the ship. Oh, and cuisine, too, including homemade pumpkin soup a l'Anglaise served in a pumpkin shell, fresh Mussels Marinere, free range chicken, duck, lamb and more determined by what's available in local markets at each port stop. Unfortunately, however, even if you crash a port, the only way you can try the seaworthy Jacques is if you book a cabin on the ship, of course. [EaterWire]
