Status: Newly opened at Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa, the Carillon Lounge makes it ok to break ththose already broken New Year's resolutions even more thanks to its full selection of biodynamic and sustainable wines (including the hotel's own sustainable private label Pinot Noir from vintner Steve Girard’s Benton Lane winery), spirits and beers as well as a "healthy" bar bites menu consisting of things like Cava chicken fondue, artichoke fries and fig and Maytag blue cheese flatbreads, among other things.
