In celebration of American Heart Month, both Azul and Cafe Sambal at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami are donating the proceeds of each glass of Ehlers' Estate Sauvignon Blanc ($14) and 120/80 Cabernet Sauvignon ($18) sold through the month of February to the Leducq Foundation for cardiovascular research. A tasting party will take place Friday, February 11 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Azul Champagne Bar featuring hors d'oeuvres and various vintages of Ehlers' Estate wines for $30 per person from which a gift will be made to the Miami chapter of the American Heart Association.
