Just launched at Fairmont Turnberry Isle: Lifestyle Cuisine Plus, a new healthy eating program (to counter those duck fat fries at Bourbon Steak) featuring dishes subscribing to the schools of DASH. vegan, type 2 diabetes-approved, raw, macrobiotic and gluten free dishes throughout the resort, including at the open to the public Cascata Grill, where ingredients are often pulled from the resort's on site chef's garden.
