Ft. Lauderdale's Triumph: NYC's Steve Zobel to Helm East End Brasserie

Telephone: 954-567-8020
Status: Opening October 27 in The Atlantic Resort & Spa space formerly known as Trina, East End Brasserie features authentic French fare by Executive Chef Steve Zobel, formerly of Manhattan's Triomphe. “Our goal is to introduce a taste of France and the relaxed vibe of the Côte d’Azur to the Fort Lauderdale market,” said Zobel. “This is an amazing city and we’re excited to contribute to its rising culinary diversity.” The menu, they say, will be moderately priced and offer "hearty Provencal dishes, a full raw bar and an artisanal cheese cart."
