Ralph Pagano, who just exited STK Miami, is now executive chef at Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino's 10 Palms Restaurant and all its concession stands. “I only moved to South Florida for Gulfstream Park,” said Pagano, who grew up attending the races at Belmont Park. “This is a dream come true."
