streg.jpgIt's no secret that Antonio Bachour, one of America's top ten pastry chefs formerly of Quattro, is heading to the St. Regis Bal Harbour, where he will sweeten things up throughout the swank stay, including the eagerly anticipated J & G Grill, chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's first foray into the Miami market. Something not so public yet, but on his LinkedIn profile, is that Jordi Vallès,best known for his stints at Mosaico and Salero as well as The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun is the hotel's executive chef.
