Rodriguez Cuba on Ocean from 6 to 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 17 to serve a four-course dinner for $59 plus tax and gratuity. A la carte ordering is also available. Menu items include Marinated Conch with Citrus and Coconut Milk; Jerk Rubbed Filet Mignon with Steamed Kale, Callaloo with Cornmeal Fungi; and Warm Gateau of Coconut, Chocolate Dipped Caribbean Cashew Brittle with Coconut Sorbet.
