slowfood.jpgFans of fresh fare and offbeat settings will want to check out Slow Food Miami's Vietnamese-flavored Grow Your Dinner, hosted by Green Railroad Organic Workshop, a 2.5 acre farm situated between industrial warehouses near Miami International Airport 5 p.m. Saturday, November 12. On the menu prepared by chef and hostess Thi Squire: Traditional Ph? soup with Vietnamese basil, Pomelo Salad with local spiny lobster, and local garden rolls that you'll make using locally grown herbs, vegetables, beef and lemongrass chicken wrapped in la-lot leaves.Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased here.
