Two former Cafe Boulud chefs have hit the road and opened Stocked n' Loaded, a gourmet food truck covering Palm Beach County. Chef David Rashty, a former chef de tournant at Cafe Boulud, and chef Mike Burgio, a former Boulud sous chef, will utilize their classical training in serving elevated street food to the masses. Some of Stocked n' Loaded's specialties include a brisket sandwich, which requires a 5 day cooking process, and a Mediterranean flatbread with a sous vide chicken breast.
