As for the inspiration: "swamp culture legends, the bounty of the Everglades and South Florida ecosystems, and the cultural diversity that the region is founded upon, Hogzilla’s has created a destination that is a wholly unique and eclectic tribute to Florida." But don't worry. Barbecued squirrel is only a special. Just kidding. Menu will feature Chef de Cuisine Eli Jackson's specialties, including crispy frog’s legs, grilled alligator sausage, smoked duck breast and "a massive, long rib beef rack."
