And the Eater Awards continue and culminate today with a very important category. Yesterday the city's best bartenders were determined to be John Lermayer, Paul Sevigny and Gabe Orta. It is in part because of them that this category is crucial. A good restaurant bathroom is, at the very least, a conversation piece. And while restaurateurs don't necessarily want their WCs to be the main reason people are flocking to the place, it helps to have one worthy of a spread in a fancy design magazine.
