A food truck fundraiser will take place from 5-10 p.m. Wednesday at Carnival Cruise Lines' HQ, 3400 Lakeside Dr. in Miramar benefiting Toys for Tots. All participating trucks will be donating a portion of proceeds to Toys for Tots and are asking people to donate unwrapped toys.
