Waterfront "Global Cuisine" at Rouge

Debuting late next week, Rouge is oxymoronically described by its press release as a "sophisticated 'casual fine dining'" spot on the Intracoastal. Chef Michael Korchmar will provide a menu that covers everything from foie gras mousse, bone marrow and sweetbreads to rabbit pot pie. An adjacent lounge will offer cigars, hookah pipes and "elite karaoke." Rouge will also have its own live entertainment as well as a Sunday jazz brunch. [EaterWire]
