As of last week, Derin Moore, one of 65 Certified Master Chefs in the United States, joined Turnberry Isle Miami as the resort & club’s new executive chef. Derin most recently served as executive chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Resorts of Naples’. Derrin's CV is impressive: he's one of 12 master chefs to serve on the Culinary Institute of America's advisory board; has been recognized by the James Beard Foundation as an Outstanding Chef in American Cuisine; and was a member of the culinary Olympic Team from 1992-2000 winning 13 medals in world competitions.
