Status: Opening on December 16 or thereabouts, the MN-based chain brings to Merrick Park "fresh and innovative cuisine" in a "chic, yet casual" atmosphere encompassing 9,000 square feet. In addition to a full sushi bar, CRAVE (their caps, not ours) will also offer "Certified Angus Beef steaks, fresh seafood, pastas, salads and fire-baked pizzas that are continually re-mastered using the freshest seasonal ingredients." The restaurant will offer an early and a late happy hour: Sunday – Friday from 3 – 6 p.m. and Sunday –Wednesday from 10 p.m. - 12 a.m. On Friday and Saturday, there's music and entertainment from 9:30 p.m. to close.
