Guy Fieri's favorite Lake Worth dive, Havana Hideout, has changed owners. Former employees Shelly Jent and Adam Parker along with businessman Ben Earhart have formed BAM Restaurant group to purchase the open-air bar and restaurant. Formerly owned by Chrissy Benoit, Havana Hideout became popular for their Hispanic street food, enough to be featured on Guy's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives showcasing the Cuban sandwich and Pionono, a layered plantain and ground beef dish, among other items. BAM is looking to expand the menu for lunch as well as feature live music every night with food served until midnight. Benoit is in the works to open her new venture, The Little House, in Boynton Beach in February.
