He may be the director of restaurants at The Miami Culinary Institute, but everyone knows that Norman Van Aken left his heart in Key West, which is why it makes sense that his next book is called My Key West Kitchen. The book, due out in Fall 2012, is, says Publisher's Marketplace, "A treasure trove of over 100 recipes, tracing the culinary history of Key West and its impact on Chef van Aken's experiences in the kitchen, with personal stories and essays."
