'Hot Ass Rocks', Bison Sliders, & Vino at The Wine Dive

The Wine Dive on Clematis in West Palm Beach has opened and is ready to help you ring in the new year with a bounty of wine fit for Dionysus. Wine Dive features a wine list of over 100 varieties of wine served by the glass and a tapas menu constructed by Chef Curtis Hillard. The menu is separated into 5 unique sections: "Hot Ass Rocks", "Greens", "Tastings", Grilled Flatbreads, and "Dive Inz". While these menu offerings might persuade you to have a liquid dinner, there are some winners: bison sliders served with brie and Italian bacon or the Manchego Flatbread with chorizo sausage. The Wine Dive is industrially designed with red brick walls, hardwood tables and large leather banquet booths which are accented by metallic chandeliers made of wine glasses.
