It's no secret Floridians have a thing with, for and about voting. Same goes for Eater Miami's top five most viewed posts of 2011. While the most viewed was our Eater 38 lists (first one of 2012 out next week, fyi), the second was our March Madness collaboration with The Chowfather, the Final Two: Pubbelly v. Scarpetta (Pubbelly won). That, followed by Eater Awards voting for Best Chef in Miami (E.
