A boozy version of Iron Chef takes place on February 8 at The Florida Room when Botran Rum hosts a cocktail competition pitting some of Miami's best mixologists against each other in a quest for $1,000 cash, an iPad, a gift certificate to Cocktailkingdom.com and, the most priceless prize of all, bragging rights.
