According to its bio on an empty Twitter feed, the much delayed Dream South Beach, a Vikram Chatwal hotel and eventual sibling of the NY and Indian outposts, will, indeed, open in the "1st Quarter [of] 2011." But what Eater Miami's inquiring minds want to know is who, if anyone, is going into the restaurant space there? While our well placed sources tell us that they're having a hard time filling it and that even the ubiquitous (with the exception of showing up at the altar, of course) Todd English passed on it, a hotel rep says "Absolutely not the case at all," and that the hotel is actually in the process of "firming up our partner there and will break the news during Wine and Food." Stay tuned. In the meantime, feel free to chime in on the South Beach eatery of your dreams in the comments section. [EaterWire]
