Hottest Chef Miami Finals: Pirolo vs. Quincoces

The time has come to choose which of Miami's comeliest culinarians will represent the Magic City in Eater's Hottest Chef competition. Winning round two's second heat, Scarpetta's chef de cuisine Michael Pirolo will go head to head against the multifaceted chef cum attorney Ana Quincoces. Based on previous votes that got them here, both seem very popular, so this will be quite the race, we're sure. To make things even more interesting, the polls will remain open until 6 p.m. EST on Tuesday. And whoever wins will advance to compete against the winners from each Eater city on Eater National on Wednesday. May the best (looking) chef win.
