Debuting today in North Terminal D of the Miami International Airport, Beaudevin Wine Bar, a 42-seat wine and cheese bar based on the one in the Brussells airport which just won an international award (Moodie Food & Beverage Conference) for best wine bar in the world, is a swell place to kill time--and being that it's MIA, we're talking major time here--before a flight. The place, whose name means "beautiful wine" will also offer appetizers, entrees and take away dishes as well as a wine tasting area for the swish and spit set with a menu developed by Todd English, who knows a thing or two about taking off and stuff.
