Hottest Chef Heat 2: Pirolo v. Marcus v. Wessel

The people have spoken, and Bourbon Steak executive chef Gabriel Fenton won the first day of voting in Eater Miami's Hottest Chef Competition. Now to figure out who's going to compete against him in round two: on the chopping block today we have Executive Chef Michael Pirolo of Scarpetta, Joshua Marcus, chef/owner of Chow Down Grill, and Kris Wessel, chef/owner of Red Light.
