Trying to weed out the schlubs, schleps and schmucks South Florida restaurants are unfortunately often known for, Starr is requiring 2 years of restaurant experience for the following positions: servers, bussers, food runners, bartenders, hosts, line cooks, prep cooks, sushi chefs, pastry cooks and dishwashers.
