Hottest Chef Heat 4: Quincoces v. Coddington-Velazquez v. Gorenstein

The people have spoken, and Jeff McInnisof Gigi beat out Quattro's Nicola Carro by a mere three votes on the third day of voting in Eater Miami's Hottest Chef Competition. Now to figure out who's going to compete against him in round two: on the chopping block today we have Ana Quincoces (pictured), attorney, twice published cookbook author (Cuban Chicks Can Cook) and chef, Anthony Coddington-Velazquez, Hotel Urbano's executive chef, and Sam Gorenstein, chef de cuisine of BLT Steak. May the hottest chef win, and remember: no funny business with the voting.
