Prepare yourself for a pageant of paella with El Coto de Rioja Paella Parade, 8:30 to 11 p.m. Wednesday, March 9 at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. In conjunction with the Miami International Film Festival, this paella parade follows the screening of Fernando Leon de Aranoa’s “Amador” and pits ten local chefs against each other in the quest for titles of Best Use of Ingredients, Most Creative, Prettiest and the top prize: Paella Parade Pleaser.
