MIA Out, Burger & Italian Joints Coming Soon

This just in from an Eater tipster: MIA at Biscayne, the lounge slash restaurant better known dubiously and sadly for its appearances on a Kardashian reality show than for its cuisine, has closed. In its place, a--what else--yet another burger joint called "Damn Good Burger," which seems to have absolutely no relation to the Charlie Palmer joint of the same name. Would you like a lawuit with that burger? Also in from our Deep Throated downtown dispatcher: a sign for--what else--yet another Italian restaurant in the old Prime Blue Grill space called Scalina. Yep, in the same building as Il Gabbiano. We have no idea why either. [EaterWire]
