The event features a sushi & sake reception followed by a seven-course sit-down dinner, each course prepared by a different chef, emceed by Ingrid Hoffmann. Confirmed chefs or, as Susser calls them "culinary messengers," include Thomas Buckley of Nobu, Andre Bienvenu of Joe’s Stone Crab, Gabriel Fenton of Bourbon Steak at Fairmont Turnberry Isle, Douglas Rodriguez of D Rodriguez Cuba on Ocean, Abe Ng of Sushi Maki and Sugarcane’s Timon Balloo.
