In honor of Earth Hour on March 26, Acqua at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami will use candles in favor of lights and offer a three-course meal prepared with organic and sustainable ingredients for $42. Dinner starts at 8:30 p.m., comes with a soy-based, essential oil scented candle and, more importantly, will donate a portion of the proceeds to the WWF Global Conservation.
