Our Eater sister in LA reports that the legendary NYC hot dog spot Papaya King is exanding and heading down south to Miami. Though we have no idea when or where just yet, the Papaya King rollout in Los Angeles is pretty impressive: prior to its mid 2011 debut, the company plans to launch a Papaya King hot dog truck that will give away thousands of free hot dogs in April and May. We can only hope the Miami plans are the same or similar. Stay tuned. [EaterWire]
