Memorial Day weekend in Miami may have a decidedly hip hop soundtrack, but over in Midtown, it's all vodka-soaked as Vintage Liquor and Wine Bar II throws its first ever Vodka-Palooza from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday May 28, a blind tasting competition to determine the best imported, domestic and flavored versions.
