Status: Opening "as soon as humanly possible," the latest offering from ex Top Chef contestant/former Grass chef/caterer Micah Edelstein, NeMesis Urban Bistro promises "eclectic world cuisine," or, according to Edelstein, "A small set menu of signature dishes complimented by daily specials created with much love, care and consideration from some very snazzy people that truly adore food and the art of eating." We asked Edelstein why she decided to name her restaurant a fancy word for "adversary" or "source of downfall," to which she said, "It means something that can not be conquered whether that is interpreted as food itself or my passion playing with it or me." Oh, and it means something else, too, she says. "In Snatch, Brick Top says: 'Do you know what nemesis means?
