Official update on Quattro's owners pulling out of Trump SoHo: "On May 1, 2011, Trump International Hotels Management LLC assumed the management of all the food and beverage operations at the Trump Soho Hotel. The restaurant, Quattro Gastronomia Italiana, will continue under a license agreement with KNR - the present management company.
