Status: Slated to open in mid-July, Egg & Dart, a 202-seater in the old Q American Barbeque space named after the signature moulding found on Greek architecture, is the latest from Costa Grillas who hails from Maria's in Coral Gables and Niko Theodorou whose family owns and operates Sea Satin Market in Mykonos. “With the culinary diversity of Miami’s Design District, we are excited to bring a hip upscale slice of Greece to the neighborhood,” says Grillas. Theodorou's mother Vagia, who runs a catering company in Athens and a restaurant in Tzia, will do the cooking. [EaterWire]
