After facing many different tenants and a lot of lost money, Downtown at the Gardens, the Palm Beach Garden’s outdoor shopping center, is starting to throw Muhammad Ali punches and fight back. Four new restaurants have joined or are set to join Downtown at the Gardens’ group of restaurants. The lineup: Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, the Florida rendition of the famous and award winning Brooklyn pizza joint; The Dirty Martini, a martini bar from a popular Clematis club owner; Paris in Town Le Bistro, the expansion project of a local French fave; salad and wrap spot Field of Greens; and 51 Supper Club and Lounge, an old school, Rat Pack-ish restaurant.
