Status: Dennis Max, one of South Florida’s most prolific restaurateurs, has brought his own brand of “farm to fork” freshness to Delray Beach’s Pineapple Grove District in the space formerly known as Chef Allen's Taste Gastropub. Max’s Harvest indoor/outdoor garden restaurant features healthy and sustainable American cuisine from local and regional farms. The restaurant’s executive chef, Chris Miracolo, hails most recently from Himmarshee Bar & Grill in Fort Lauderdale and has worked at other Max eateries.
