Is Philippe Moving North and South?

Philippe by Philippe Chow, the arch nemesis of Mr Chow, is moving both north and south, according to our sources. As for the move north, we'll have a bigger post on that at a later time, but we hear it's moving to Boca Raton. As for the southern move, we're told that they are moving out of the Gansevoort, heading down to South of Fifth, where they are eyeing the space currently occupied by Taverna Opa.
