Richard Blais to bring Flip Burger Boutique to Miami

Over at Eater National yesterday, an interview with recent Top Chef All-Stars winner Richard Blais revealed his plans to bring his Flip Burger Boutique to Miami after finalizing his second Flip location in DC. Chef Blais tells us he is "actively looking for real estate" and has had his team "on the ground in Miami for a few months now," so it looks like foie gras burgers and liquid nitrogen milkshakes are on the way to MIA. While we're not sure if his team has noticed the similarly named Flip Burger Bar near Johnson & Wales, we're pretty sure they're not worried.
