Spotted on the local NBC morning show: Portland chef Scott Neuman, partaking in a cooking segment plugging his Taste of the Caribbean event, which would normally be a pretty routine thing had the segment not been pickled with the appearance of White House party crashers and erstwhile Real Housewives of DC cast members Tareq and Michaele Salahi. This is one of those things you have to see to appreciate--or, more appropriately, recoil over. [NBCMiami]
